What a great day to have a wedding! Oh sure, there was that rain thing, but at least it stayed off long enough to get some great outdoor photos! It was honestly supposed to rain all day and it held off until 5 minutes before the start of the ceremony. So to the barn it is! And what a beautiful setup they have at Knob Hill Barn in Knob Noster, Missouri.
Now let's not mention the 8-legged uninvited guests! I get it... it's September, and every creature wants to get warm. But seriously, I think these ladies must have crushed 20 or more spiders! Everyone so often we would get a little squeal and then the thud of a shoe. It was pretty funny and as the morning progressed, everyone got pretty bold to protect their bride. What a troop! Everyone should have a group of gal pals that would do anything to be sure their bestie has the perfect day. Tonya had that in their girls. What a joy they were to work with!
Nathan had a good bunch of guys to stand up with him too. And by good, we mean, goofy! They had him laughing so much that we simply can't put all the pictures up here! There would be too many! All in all, both the bride and groom chose well when asking people to stand up with them. And it made our job so easy!
Nathan and Tonya chose not to see one another prior to the ceremony. So we had a little fun setting up a first "non" look! So sweet!!!
And here we go! Time to start the I Do's!
And just like that the rain stopped and we were able to have some fun inside and out!
Time to party!!!
And it's a wrap! It was such a fun day for us. We love feeling like we've left at the end of a day making new family members! Nathan & Tonya, thanks for letting us be part of your day! You have an amazing family and we hope to be part of some of your future memory making days!
